Who we are
GOE — Global Outsourcing & Entrepreneurship Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13750186), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
This website collects only what you choose to submit through the contact form:
- your name and email address;
- the role you select (worker, client / venue, investor, or partner);
- optionally: your country, city, occupation, and how you heard about GOE;
- your message.
Nothing else from the form. This site sets no cookies, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers of any kind.
How we measure visits
We count page views so we know whether anyone is reading. We do it ourselves, on our own infrastructure, and we have deliberately built it so that it cannot identify you:
- Nothing is written to your device — no cookies, no local storage, nothing. You will never see a consent banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
- Your IP address is never stored. It is shortened (the final part is discarded) and then combined with a secret value that changes every day, producing a one-way code. The code cannot be reversed, and a code from yesterday cannot be matched to one from today.
- We record the page visited, where the link came from, your screen size, your browser type, and the country your request came from.
- We record which of the two main buttons was pressed, and — if you submit the contact form — which role you selected. Never your name, your email, or your message alongside it.
- If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we record nothing at all.
This measurement runs on our own servers within Amazon Web Services. The data is not shared, sold, or sent to any analytics provider. Because it cannot identify an individual, it is not personal data — but we describe it here anyway, because you should be able to see what a site does before deciding to trust it.
Why we collect it
To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up with you about GOE where that is what your message asks for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to contact that you initiated. Where any follow-up amounts to direct marketing, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
How it is handled
Form submissions are transmitted securely to our form processor, hosted on Amazon Web Services, and delivered to a GOE mailbox. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on goe.is or by post to the registered office above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
